Jane Kenning Couture Bridal Wear

After 8 years of making costumes for the theatre, Madame Tussauds and the
Oscar winning costumiers Angels, Jane kenning has now returned to Norwich, Norfolk and is creating couture bridal wear.

"Working for Madame Tussauds has had a big influence on the quality of my
work. Because Tussauds have such high professional standards I had to pay careful attention to fine details, my work was being scrutinised by 1000s of tourists every day. I now ensure my wedding dresses are of the same standard. The bridal wear designed is exclusive to you. Each dress, either wedding or bridesmaid, is handmade, bespoke, made-to-measure, call it what you will, it's made especially for you, a one off creation."

Through Jane's studies of the history of costume her skills lie in the cutting and construction of corsets, a valuable asset to a tiny waist and hourglass figure. However, she is no stranger to the draping of a Grecian robe, which has proved invaluable producing the bias cut dress.
